Do you handle the permits?
Yes. We prepare and run every submission — pool, structural, electrical and site — so you never deal with the county.
Do you offer pool or yard maintenance?
No. We're a design-build firm — we design, permit, engineer, build and finish your space, then hand it over. No maintenance contracts.
Can you do just a pool, or just landscaping?
Absolutely. We build complete outdoor living spaces, but you can start with a single piece — pool, hardscape, landscape or outdoor kitchen.
